F2, San Francisco Merchant Bug?

Hey guys, I'm not new to the Fallout series, but I am new to the Fallout forum community!

I've played all the Fallouts many times... This time I'm playing F2 with the Restoration Project installed.... I've been playing and when I got to SF, the normal stealing my money back from the vendors isn't working. When I pay for the ammo, they aren't holding my money in their inventory anymore!

I tried looking it up, couldn't find anywhere that says this "bug/trick" has been patched, so I was just wondering. It's been a while, maybe I forgot something.

I think that exploit has been removed in RP 2.2. It might be time to put some points into gambling and hit the casinos in New Reno.

It got removed in the RP project in general, noticed that back in 2.1. If you need cash, go Gambling (around 160 skill) and clear out New Reno casinos.
