Yeah, thank GOD! I mean really! The first time I played Fallout 2, which was the first Fallout game I played I just happened to wander towards Navarro, wearing nothing but a Vault Suit and a dusty leather jacket. And you know what, I was able to go past all those Enclave Patrols and once reaching Navarro I knew exactly what to do there to get the Power Armor. This is practically game breaking, really!
