Fallot 2 tanker help

I got the fuel for the tanker, but I need 2 other computer parts to get it running.Are they in san fran? Thats all I want to know.I dont want to be going around the entire map looking for them

Tanker Fob is in Navarro. NavCom Parts are in Vault 13.

where is vault 13? I've been all over the map and I cant find it.... Shouldnt it be east of the military base like it was in fallout 1? Its not on the map

[spoiler:1d6f0043cb]The doc in the hospital can refer you to Saltbeef, who'll refer you to Doc Jubilee who has a map to Vault 13 on the back of a painting.

Or with high outdoorsman you can take the quest to guard the brahmin and then follow the deathclaws.

Or - most logical way - go to Vault 15 and check the computer there[/spoiler:1d6f0043cb]
