A bit of a request and two screenshots on the Fallout 2 mod Fallout 1.5, slated for English release H1 2008:
Concerning new team members, since the last update two graphic artists contacted us, and we’ll hopefully be able to introduce them to you soon. Still the graphics work is relatively time consuming and we wouldn’t like to take our team members away from their current work, not to delay the project. If you feel like it and you have both time and graphical talent, not only in 3D, but also if you can for example draw, contact us. All help in this area would be really appreciated.

Based on the remarkable work done with Killap's restoration project, I hope this project achieves its ambitions. Good mods really keep Fallout alive.

The guy on the table teminds me of the woman on the table in my mod.

Nice.

On the second screenshot we are showing what the consequences of attempting a surgery without sufficient medical knowledge might be.
Brutulf: I hope that answers your question. :)

Hey! What's this mod about? I've just signed up, and I have been searchin for some good ones to use.

I'd recommend Fallout 2 Unofficial Expansion Pack and reading FO1.5's site:

Fallout 1.5: Resurrection is a currently developed mod for Fallout 2, with a completely new story taking place in the Fallout universe. The plot will take place in the time between Fallout 1 and 2, east of the future NCR, therefore roughly in New Mexico. Thus in the game you won’t find the original, but entirely new, creative, locations, which gave us more freedom with the story. (...)

Ah! Thank you. Sounds great actually. It'll be better than what Fallout: PoS tried to pass off as Fallout 1.5 I'm sure:)

BTW, I noticed that in the Fallout 1.5 Resurrection gallery (in the "Promising Games/mods part"), there are only the last screenshots given in the January news. Here are the others (would be great if someone could put them in the resurrection gallery) =>

hehehe your the boss so you decide. It's always nice to see the progress of a mod (even if sometimes some screenshots don't show anything)

I'm happy to put them up, but again: do you need those god-awful watermarkers? I'd prefer to put them up without BioHazard signs taking up half the screen.

Watermarkers are ok if you're dealing with some kind of exclusive content that you don't want to see spread freely. Explain to me exactly what the use of watermarkers on ->promotional<- screenshots is supposed to be? Hmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm?

Well maybe it's used to identify a mod from where is that pic? ;)
Someone who sees them without proper content can be little confused.

You think people are going to recognise a non-descript biohazard watermark?

If you want recognisability, put your URL in the top right or bottom left corner instead.
