Fallout 2 Alt tab issue

It Wandered In From the Wastes
When I alt tab out of the game I get an "Application Error C:\Program Files\Fallout2\fallout2.exe
The instruction at 0038a2c6 referenced memory at
00000000

The memory could not be read from

Click on OK to terminate the application"

Does anyone know how I can fix this? I like being able to do more then one thing at a time on my computer and sometimes programs alt tab me out by themselves.
I never had this issue before.
I have the latest version of Sfall and Killap's RP if that effects anything

Same Alt + tab problem here.

Running on x64 Win7
