Fallout 2 Help: Can't get Frank Horigan's Weapons

I've been trying to get his weapons by placing the enclave troopers on the same hex and killing them, but I'm having no luck.
Is there a way I can download his weapons?
Any suggestions are welcome.

As Per wrote in his walkthrough, you need to set the violence level to minimal prior to slaying Horrigan

I do believe there is a mod around or some other thingie with which you can put Horrigan's weapons in your inventory. I remember having them once, and I didn't use the hex-trick.

Well, I felt like finding an unanswered post by some down-spirited bastard and answering it, BR

I believe that there were several Horrigan mods, perhaps also the one you mentioned. Maybe it was one of them all-in-one-location-times-two items mod? Wasn't there also one that enabled you to put on an armour that made you look like Frank?

I know I'd keep trying if I really wanted to get the badass End Boss Plasma Gun

Yeah, there is a Frank Horrigan Armour mod out there that enables you to use his armour. I think I tried it out once, but there was something that really bothered me about it. Maybe you weren't able to run anymore, or to enter certain locations... Something like that. I forgot.

EDIT: I might be mistaking here, though. It could be that I'm thinking about the armour that General Barnaky has in the endgame of Fallout Tactics. There's a mod for that armour as well, and I'm pretty sure it limits the mobility of your character...
