Fallout 2 Max Carry Weight

Is it possible to set a weight limit beyond 999 for F2, I'm currently messing around with carry weight and seems the game wont go beyond 999 in terms of items/weight even though I have set the limit well beyond 999. Cheers

Yes. its possible through writing a script. This is already done with Fo2tweaks mod by burn. You can check it out.

If I remember correctly its not possible with save editor.
