Hi!

I'm sure that there is an answere on the forum for my question but i gave up after searching 3 hours straight. So here i am asking for help... I do not wan't to temper too mutch with the game but i would likle to change some stuff to get started some where...
What i'm looking for is to change the perk gain /lvl of a character. And if possible i do like to manipulate the game soo that you sould repick your trait's every lvl and you could never do the same every lvl just like if you would mutate constantly and such.

I can suggest "Fallout 2 Savegame Editor", it can be found through web search. It allows you to modify your playing character, all kinds of stats, without having to dig through game installation and manually modify files. It helped me a lot with my mod testing, you may find it useful.
