Fallout 3 at LGC: GameSpot

what i think he meant was that they (bethesda) put the sniper there on purpouse just to show that something like this could happen and such. Probably in the game there won't be any sniper in that place. Probably the sniper in the game will be weaker and thake more time to kill you and such. They just wanted to show this function of the game.

Any chance you can put out a "The Dark Knight" screener anytime soon?

Faith is just ever so slightly beginning to be resorted that it may actually be quite a good game.

im sure after all the player base gets mods on the game, it will be a fine game.

original release game may have some shitty parts, but overall an ok experience. ( reserved )

as a fallout, it will suck donkey balls after they were dragged through a mile of broken glass, tar, and feathers.

You could ad sodomised and then had salt poured over the open wounds for a more dramatic effect.

The sniper bit does sound interesting.

It's going to be a good game. Perhaps as good as HL: Episode 1.

It's just not going to be a good Fallout game.

Overall it will be a good post-apochalyptic first person shooter. It will have some cool stuff and people will like playing it a lot. BUT IT WILL NEVER BE A TRUE FALLOUT GAME!

I think it will be a good game and a good fallout game.

I have been wrong before, but I personally don't feel like dreading a game that I never thought would get made anyway.

So I choose the positive route.

I think I would rather not have a Fallout 3 then it taking such a wide departure from its roots.

Guess that happens when you get a corporate juggernaut more interested in money then substance.

hey, I like being naive and thinking the best of people.

I get burned often enough, but hey I still believe in Santa Clause and the easter bunny and "What a wonderful World" by satchmo is one of my favorite songs of all time course disturbingly so is "Mack the Knife"

Well now we're just assuming the worst. I think they'll be the same, the gamespot guy met them by chance.

yeah, that's what I'm thinking too. I mean, they definitely could've scripted it for whatever reason just for the demo, but why would they do that? in that certain place in the big gameworld that the previewers are free to explore however they wish, why would they put a scripted event with a sniper just there?

Naivete is understandable.

Wait til you get older, then you'll develop the bitter attitude towards everything and everyone.

bah I think it is more watching too many Toys r us commercials growing up and a healthy diet of happy jazz music mixed with sinatra songs.

Meh its a perspective. There is better there is worse, this happens to be mine.

Let's just hope that becomes as rewarding a venture for Zenimax as it ended up being for Interplay.

I like TR's optimism, when I'm pessimistic in the end it's just even worse - but that's my luck.

I think this will be a good game, now as a fallout game, I still think it can be good, but we haven't played it so I can't speak about that. Now I'll be very honest, fallout weren't my favourite game, they were just a game I played, just like other games. So I don't have that attraction to them like some people here have.

Yes, Super Mario Bros was the game I've always loved, the 1987 one
