I suppose you can just race $500,000 cars whenever you want where you're from then? That's pretty much why driving games exist. Unless you're wealthy, one would never get to drive most of the cars in these games, let alone race them.

Obviously. But at the same time I highly doubt that one could even drive a Ferrari unless one is wealthy. Driving games allow for the person drive luxorious cars that they could never own.
