FALLOUT ART: Vault-Tec Advertising

Vault-Dweller

First time out of the vault
I photoshopped them from some old American World War 2 Posters.

What do you all think? I'm quietly proud of them 8)

My New one

OK, this could be my last for a while, since i'm fresh out of ideas.

Anyone got anything like this they can submit? I want to get an entire advertising campaign happening here :D

I would like to see them, but as Luke said, the links are indeed broken. Would it be possible to repost them so we can see them?

Granted, this thread died a year ago, and this is gravedigging, but hell, better late than never, eh?

Any feedback? I made these a while back now, so they're probably pretty crappy by modern photoshopping standards :P

I like the first one the most, I think. What font did you use for "Vault-Tec" on the second one? Good job on all of them though. I have yet to try any Fallout-related stuff, just other propagana posters. - Colt

the first one is best, the third one i also very good, but there''s just something about the second one that's kind of ..urgh :?

I like them all. As they show the different types of psychology that propaganda appeals to that is prevelant in a wartime society.

The first appeals to the sense that the enemy is inhuman, by the pose of the child with a grenade. As a 'humane' society would not let children go to war.

The second appeals to the sense of patriotism.

Then the third appeals to the fear angle, by showing the viewer what has happened already and what will happen if they do not do their utmost to stop the enemy. :D

Propaganda 101.

Wow. Now i feel bad that I didn't put as much thought into them as you have :P

Vault-Dweller, a lot of what people do is ruled by the subconcious. That is why certain things are easier to manipulate than others. That is also probably why you chose what you did. :D As those three elements you used are some of the most basic that is usually appealed to in a wartime society:

FEAR
INHUMANITY
PATRIOTISM

Or otherwise known as, they struck a chord in you.

Oh, the amount of thought i put into it was about as long as it took me to make the post, about 30 seconds. :D
