Fallout: Between Good & Evil has had an update:<blockquote>After almost three months we have several new additions to our project gallery, from which is the most notable our new car, wreck quite similar to Lincoln Continental 56 by Bumpkin, Blender master – we are very thankful and hope he is going to continue to work for BGE.

We have also released a song from the soundtrack, one of the darker, called Desert Rush by nitramko, you can download it here.
Certain parts of the website were updated too, see Intro and FAQ.

Also, we have fresh new blood, programmers Max and Crow joined our team. Right now we have enough programmers, which is good because lack of them is usually the biggest issue. We would like to thank all the web pages that mentioned BGE too, because publicity helps us find new “workers”, including two English proofreaders.</blockquote><center> </center>

I actually like the use of the Temple of Trials wall set, though it looks slightly silly to put big vents on them.

We do have fully translated and updated English webpage (and partial German translation), just click the flag with your language at the top right corner just bellow PayPal donate button (*hint* :) ):

Everything is translated as soon as it is fully working in the game (e.g. the dialogue is scripted, compiled and debugged). Fallout: BGE will be released in English in one or two months after Czech version (just to make sure everything is relatively correct).

Release date... Well... It's not very polite to ask :)

Is that map there supposed to be a makeshift Vault of somesort? It looks good, though personally I think the ToT tileset could use a re-colour to not look so primitive. Unless that's the intention, of course.

Rather than an unfinished primitive Vault, it's a... remembrance of living in the Vault. Which was - on this patricular example - more positive than their current looted and drying region.
 
I like the temple and the car looks great. Is this a mod to try to create a real Fallout 3? If so I'll deffinently play it. Also I have a webserver with 300gb and 3000 gigs of bandwidth a month. If NMA or the modding team needs mirrors. Well I'm offering it.

Real Fallout weapons, no crap RL weapons from F2, etc.

Basically, it would be closer to FO1 more than FO2 (and not just because of our early starting date).

Weapons - sincerely, we don´t care about them too much. What can I say is that we don´t count on ubersoldiers like eg. Enclave units. The same can be said about armors.

Over the way, we count on some few cars - but naturally you can´t expect that every car is in a perfect condition as your wreck-seller said.

Too late... We have much less space (which is not a big deal), unlimited bandwidth (unlimited means 10 mpbs and no data limits) and own server (although we may use backup mirror...). But thanks for the offer.

Lich just confirmed that his (and partially my) concept of exploding barrels has failed due to game engine limitations.
 
Heh, an exploding barrels? You are just crazy, guys... What about implementing of DX10 effects? :wiggle:
