Fallout bible 10 (Is it going to be?)

Well, i know that there is 9 fallout bible updates, but is there going to the 10th one. Now I'm translating it to russian, so I wanna know is there going to be any more. I would very upset if there wouldn't be.
 
Uh ... there is no more interplay ... developers have moved on ... no I don't think there will be any bible updates.

There are at least three problems with that:

1. MCA was very good at it. Wouldn't really be the same thing without him. Also he had the connections needed, like firing off a mail to Tim Cain or Chris Jones and getting an actual answer. Can't see that many others do.

2. MCA was in a design position at Black Isle and was going to be the lead designer of Fallout 3 although he denied they were planning it at the time. (50s theme song for pen and paper purposes my ass.) He was in a position to make executive decisions about Fallout continuity and world design. With the fans doing it, it's just random fan fic and speculation.

3. If I'm not wrong, he was doing it as part of his job at Black Isle in between working on Icewind Dale II. You'd need to find fans ready to do as good and thorough a job for free.
 
Yeah it would be fan fiction not the bible. The Fallout PnP guide adds a bunch of new stuff, it's well done, but its fan fiction. To call anything fans write the bible would not be right. Just like Bob down the street might write some religious murmerings but you wouldn't call that the bible.
