This is a new, upcoming RPG based on the timeline, history, ect. on the popular game franchise "Fallout". Unlike most RPG's where you control a single character, this RPG you control a gang where you grow, trade and barter. But, like most games, follows a set of basic rules which can be viewed at Here!

Founding Year: (Normally, this will be the current year, 2185. You can set it before then, but you get no bonuses, you’ll just be considered an organization that had no luck in expansion before now.)

Organization Location: (Near/in what city, if any? Also can be "Random", in which case I’ll just place you wherever I feel like, within reason)
Organization Goal: (What is your organizations primary objective, if any?)
History: (If a new organization, put down either nothing or how it was formed.)

Note: You start with 25,000 Credits. Remember that.
Employees: (List all current employees. Don’t forget not to screw up the math.)

The price list is an IC list of prices for things in the games (f.e., a hotel, a mine, etc). You see, every player and organization starts with an amount of credits (money their character or organization has in the game)

Organization Name: The Fallen Warriors

Leader: Jesse "Syphon" Weaver (I'll upload the char. sheet later!)

Founding Year: The current year, 2185

Organizational "Genre": Army.

Organization Location: East of the New Reno settlement, about 45 miles.

Organization Goal: To get control of New Reno and onto other wasteland establishments.

History: Syphon was a small-time hitman for hire, mostly working for the Mardino family in Reno. He was connected to almost everything and everyone, in almost a 250-mile radius with New Reno being the center. He ran with his small-pack of gangsters, all infamous for there brutal gun-fights and more brutal murders. They would kill almost anyone just for a few extra-bucks, and when they did, you'd almost never see them again. They were legends who disappeared into the wasteland, almost never to be spotted in the same place twice. Then, he had met his match, another assassin from the Wrights. He was paid to kill him, but it was impossible. Syphon would see him, and then he'd be gone. And when Syphon gave up on the only non-complete contract, The Mardinos wanted him dead.

Fearing for his life, him and his posse headed east on foot, with almost all they could carry. After walking for about a week and a half, they stopped on the top of a large hill, in the desert. They named it, "Blood Hill", which would act as their main base location. Thats where they had founded a small abadoned-bunker. It was hollowed out by still operational for lights and generator but it'd take work...

You forget a detail... Fallout California will not start untill Murdock returns to internet and starts posting again.(and we have no idea when that will happen...)
 
Can we have a one person group that does merc work ?
(that way the person could spend los of money on good weapons and armour, but have to save enough to live on til he gets a job)

I am cool with running a game from here if you want Syphon. That is your intention, ya?

I would expect that this will be slow going at first as people become familiar with this system. I would also be curious about how you want to play it.

Welsh: I think I should run the game, considering I'm know more the laws of the game. Its basically, you running a gang and having fun.

Every week though, as a keep-busy tactic, your suppose to fill out a inventory form. Anyway, the site should explain everything.

Organization Goal; Restoration of the US Constitution

History: Gunnery Sergeant DeShane volunteered for a stasis experiment where the military was experimenting with ways to preserve the personnel till the ambient background radiation was low enough for the personnel to be revived and reconstruction could begin. Unknown to him, the war started before the base personnel were alerted and he could be revived, so he slept, till the base power was about to fail, and in power failure protocol the computer as it's last act before failure revived the Gunnery Seregeant. Who felt the mission was "doable" so he went about recruiting personnel to begin the restoration of the United States.

Syphon i am open to starting at any time. Maybe if we start we can get the kinks out, and if it is working smoothly maybe more will join. I have a question for you though, by the rules i was reading you have no power, as your base is abandoned and you need the Power and light upgrade to function. Am i missing anything or has the reqs. for the abandoned bunker changed?

actually, you dont need the power upgrade to function (...I think?). Anyway, I think we should start about Friday, ok?
