I knew it!! For years I always thought the grandpa in Rocko's Modern Life sounded just like Harold from Fallout. Now I finally know. Amazing.

I noticed Ickis from Ah Real Monsters sounded like him too. Man, that's awesome.

I'm beginning to think that the Fallout games have the largest collection of "known" celebs in a video game series.
