Fallout Gameboard "Skyburn"

Water Chip? Been There, Done That
Am working on original game Fallout themed. Its not another custom Monopoly as you may see around, but completely new game with own rules etc. What is interesting that it will have some RPG elements.

Already have early concept but am see slim chances of this to be playable. Otherwise if failure will just create picture of fictional game which play vault inhabitants.

Here it is, current progress is version 0.7

GAME RULES v0.7

[spoiler:3f7c617a1e]A: Character creation
You can roll dice 1-6 which show beginig vault (4 is V14 etc)
Or choose where begin game and what character have:
Character have 6 stats, each begin at value 3
Pick favourite stat and then add or remove:
+3 to main stat and -2 to opposite stat
+1 and +2 to common triangle
-0 and -1 to opposite triangle
(so you get character with stats 6,5,4,3,2,1)
You have 3 skills connected to main stat
(not super logic but its quick way to get character by one dice roll)
skills are under progress

B: Quest
You begin in one from 6 vaults depend on main stat
Outside circle is worldmap with locations and encounters
Locations are: big town, farm, mine, ?? special location
Return to vault will restore money, energy supply ammo etc
Player must travell in circles in one direction
Visit other vaults may help (but you pay other player for that)
Main quest may be randomly or classic find water chip etc.
Finish quest may give another and level of experience (for longer game)

C: Encounters
Here you are all things which give experience, adventures
Success depend on character stats and skills
Probably character cant die just stuck for while
(lost turn to recovery or/and -1 or movement speed if wounded etc.)
Some concepts may be similar to Monopoly like invest, barter with players
Some players may find what you need and possible pay, barter[/spoiler:3f7c617a1e]

So this is set in Fallout universe?
Which period?

Or is it simply using some Fallout assets and elements but in its own "canon"?

The stupidity of the first question may be apparent, but I am somewhat confused by these Vaults. If I'm not wrong, half of them are present in various Fallout games, and none of them are basically functional anymore.

LOL You can throw dice 1-6 to begin in one place with skills and stats (for example 4 to begin in vault 14) or choose where start.

BTW Usually such gameboard games are simplified thats why its style. Here player can create full RPG character by just one roll of dice, and very quick begin play. The same about other parts, must reinvent Fallout to be simple.

I think you should maybe change the whole Fallout thing for something with heavy omage to Fallout. but original in its own way.
