Fallout games calculations

First time out of the vault
I even don't know how to say, what I want to say :P

I'm looking for information about Fallout statistics/events calculations based on SPECIAL and other stats...
For example: formulas for experience levels, shooting probability/calcultions, steal effects based on characters statistics, etc...

Is there an article somewhere covering this things? Maybe someone knows this?

I'd advise looking to the Vault. They have an article on combat calculations here.

This is also not the right forum, moving it to Fallout RPG.
