The shoulder is cool.
THe sawed off is awesome.
The gloves have a technical flaw:
As far as I can see, you've painted yellow hand bricks with black, therefore it looks slightly messy. Try black hands with yellow on the tips. Simply dip the "fingers" in yellow paint (depends on what paint you use of course! Too thick paints will look like ass therefore ALWAYS use acryllic paint).
Personlay I'd also use a different torso:
...or...
...or MAYBE even...
...but it looks to high-tech though.
