Fallout merchandise

Burger Van Buren

First time out of the vault
I'm not sure if this has been up somewhere else in the forum (it probably has) but I can't seem to find it when I search. Also, I'm new to this forum, although a year-long Fallout fanatic.

My question is this: Is there Fallout merchandise and how is it accuired?

And

Can some of the real things (Cat's Paw Magazine ex.) that are refered to in Fallout be found and purchased anywhere?

I'd appreciate all the help and inside trick you can give me.

Nice forum btw!!! I feel at home here :D

Ebay my freind. Ebay.

Other than that, you will be hard-pressed finding any FO merchandise anywhere.

There was a post a while back where there was a hat and some other stuff, but I couldn't be fucked finding it :D

Cat's Paw is real but in real life it's a shoe heel not a magazine.
I once had a tape recorder very similar to the one in FO1; There are (possibly) a few real holotapes in existance but they are video recordings, not data. I can't think of anything else, really. Fallout promotional materials are scarce.

I'm personally trying to find the "Naked Moose Mag" on Ebay, to quench my..friend's..endless perversions. But so far, no luck. :look:

There is the "Gecko in a can" thing (http://www.nma-fallout.com/forum/album_page.php?pic_id=640)

And here is the original Cat's Paw: http://www.nma-fallout.com/forum/album_page.php?pic_id=617

And this is no alecking, people, but I seem to remember there was this toy company who made a Fallout-themed snowdome as well, in the late nineties. I'll look into it. I'm sure I saw one of those somewhere on the net. It features the Vaultdweller and Dogmeat in the barren wasteland, there are some small puddles of goo that glow in the dark and when you shake the dome, it snows/there's "fallout" falling from the sky. I'm pretty sure I saw a picture of one once, probably on one of the Fallout sites.

Seriously.... I would do everything and give my left arm (yes, yes, I'm lefthanded... It's from all the RadX) to accuire such an item!

Here's some Fallout: Tactics promotional merchandise on eBay right now. Never seen it before, so chances are it's genuine.

About nine months back, give or take, someone had an auction for the Fallout soundtrack, along with a baseball cap and tin cup. He explained they were only available to Interplay staff, or somesuch. I think bidding went up somewhere around $200. If I'd had money to burn I would've tried, but alas...

I can't imagine it would be too difficult to take the Fallout logo to a custom t-shirt/hat place and get them to do one up for you. Hm... I may have even saved pictures from that auction, if anyone's interested.

If youve got the time to look for fallout merch, you myswell just make your own..
Ive made several fallout flasks, as well as a couple t-shirts that satisfied all my cravings for spending ridiculous amounts of money on poorly made items...

Im still looking for my pariah dog though... that would be sweet.

Look what my father found on my old pc at home!

I just knew I'd seen some Fallout-themed snowdome somewhere once. I think there must have been more than one, though, 'cause I clearly remember seeing a snowdome that matches the above description as well.
Sorry for the crappy quality of the pic. My dad hasn't got a clue how to convert bmp-files properly (then again, it took me quite some time as well). When I go home (which will be around Christmas), I'll check my old pc and see if there are any more pics of these on the HD.

Anyone else seen this before? Someone knows more about it? Maybe I got it from DaC or that French Fallout site, I don't remember.

love fallout stuff. so much so that i organized a fallout themed bucks party for a friend. unable to acquire proper fallout items i had to make some things up. every one got a custom made vault 13 jumper with the logo made up on tee shirt transfer paper that i put through the printer on the computer. printed up sticky labels with nuka cola on them to replace the labels on the bottles of coke.
even made up an iguana bob stand out of scrap wood . then held the party in the back yard that looked remarkably just like the wasteland.
a few years on and everyone still has their vault tec jumper , and i still have a few bottles of nuke cola sitting on my book shelf
