Fallout: Moribund World AKA my own version of Fallout PnP

    I've considered in the past making a streamlined alternative version but the setup when I was DMing ran smoothly enough that I felt I didn't need it at all. In reading it I can 1000% see how it comes off like that though

    Intended to appeal to nobody, out of procrastination I shittily doodled the party composition of my campaign with this system on MS Paint whilst I was listening to a podcast and totally definitely working on my assignments.

    I love how one PC being the dedicated "face" of the party is something that happens organically in pretty much every campaign I've run.

    The guy who played Deadspeaker is the usual co-party face but his character was meant to be quite quiet and not hugely conversationally intelligent, so he had to actively hold his tongue. Pip was also entirely specced into Charisma and Intelligence, so being "The Face" was a statistical fact of their character lol
