Fallout Nevada, The Nursery (big Drug Lab)

First time out of the vault
Hey all, could really use help on this quest.

Its in Vegas where I am doing some detective work for the Mayor, to expose crime, find that big drug lab and who is behind it.

So far I have stolen receipts from the Police Chief, Deputy Mayor and I have found the big drub lab that is just south of Vegas. I can report some of this to the Mayor but I cannot find out who is the person behind the drug lab and the Mayor orders me to find out.

Also, this Cop who ambushed me just outside Clean City was going to kill me but I talked him down. He was patrolling near the Casino but now he's been assassinated. Is that some kind of bug, part of the quest or does it mean I took too long and now its never finished?
 
There's extra evidence at the Slaver boss's safe, in the drug lab office and casino (owner has another receipt).

Don't know if you can save the cop, but you can still complete the quest.
 
Yeah I already got the receipt from the drug lab office. I am sure I already checked the Casino owner for a receipt but maybe he keeps it somewhere else than on him?

As for the Slaver Boss, I knew about the receipt but could never sneak into that room so I started combat to get there and reloaded, saw that the receipt is about the Hard Rock cafe owner so I never thought it related to the drug lab XD

You have to record the casino owner trying to include you in framing the Freakers.

Also Tom Parker (city manager) has a receipt on him (or his desk).
