Bio: Nevest was a Knight in the Brotherhood of Steel's Mojave chapter. When the Brotherhood occupied Helios One, Nevest was stationed as a guard at the entrance of the main building. Nevest was patrolling the chain-link fence when the NCR had eventually decided to assault Helios One. The NCR had their own wonderful idea as to how they would begin the attack: shoot a missle into the back of a Power Armor-encased Brotherhood member. That happened to be Nevest. Amazingly, Nevest had survived the explosion, mostly because whomever had fired the missile had terrible aim. The rear of his armor, though, had sustained heavy damage and left gaping holes and soft spots.
As the NCR descended upon Helios One, Nevest was still on the ground and recovering from the blast. As waves of NCR soldiers threw themselves at the doors of Helios One, Nevest saw an opportunity to head North, away from Helios. He threw his armor off, now realizing how narrowly he had escaped the clutches of death. Not about to parade naked, however, Nevest began salvaging what he could of the armor and continued North, where he would eventually reach the Freeside, spray-paint his obviously Brotherhood-related armor black, and, once word of the NCR victory at Helios One had reached him, conclude his Brothers had been decimated in their entirety.
