Fallout on PC Gamer top games list

Well, Rosh, they did count Wing Commander 3.

More of a WC4 guy, though, myself.

Incidentally, after three years of subscription, this is the first issue I've got that actually came with the demo disk.

I'm still not renewing it.

You got a demo disk? Hrmm mine mysteriously started disappearing after a while. It's good to say I'm not the only one here who's giving them the finger and cancelling his subscription. If you look at the path their magazine has gone, it's scary. Older issues were a good 300 pages with 6 or 7 full fledged features. Now they've got a half assed feature or two that's got next to nothing in it and call it complete. Hell, look at how little they had on each game for the best games ever spread. Back in the day they did maybe 6 games a page and had nice pieces on each.

Cool, my post made it to the news. I would have checked back sooner on this issue but right after I posted, the forums were all screwy. Anyway, I do find myself reading less and less of each issue of PC gamer and I agree that they are biased on a lot of issues. I swear they get paid to give favorable reviews. I have also noticed the nasty drop in pages of content since their '96 issues. They used to be friggin bibles. Anyway, Being such a diverse list, yes it is somewhat honorable for Fallout to rank #10, but many games in that list couldn't really be compared to each other.

I would like to point out that I was there for DOS based games and BBS DOOR games as well. I'm only 19 years old, but my brother got me hooked on the computer the moment he taught me how to handle the DOS commands.

I posted the article because it was about Fallout and it was included in a "Best of all time" article. I wasn't sure if posting the entire article (at least the pictures) would be exactly legal so I limited it to the title margin and the Fallout image just to be as safe as I could.
