Mr.Stalin submitted a new resource:

Fallout 2 - Proto Manager - Items and critters prototype file editor for Fallout2

The editor allows you to edit all the parameters of the critters and items, as well as create new, delete or duplicate prototypes of objects.
  1. Editing Critter pro files.
  2. Editing Items pro files
  3. Editing AI-packet
  4. Create a CSV table, selected item or critter parametrs, for editing in an external editor, for example Excel.

The editor does not need to unpack resources from the game, he does it himself.

I know this is probably stupid since it's a top mod here, and from Mr. Stalin no less, and im used to the occasional falseflag from the ol' anti virus, but I'm getting a severe trojan warning from this guy? Is it safe? I'm getting "Trojan:MSIL/Remcos.ED!MTB" Which from some quick googling, sounds terrifying.

i have the same virus detection.
 
well it's not only M$
my bitdefender has something to say about this file as well. It literally rid me of all the copies of Proto Manager I had on my drives.. bummer..

additionally it screwed up my EtTu tortoiseSVN install.
 
It's throwing up 18/50 warnings on Virustotal like you suggested, burn. So honestly not sure how to proceed haha. Want to use the tool a great deal, and clearly many have used it already, but the warnings have me worried, which I know is probably silly! I assume it can be safely ignored, but I would prefer confirmation!
