Fallout RP- Systematic Annihilation

The Den

Gabe pushes the flesh aside with both hands, gripping the cartilage that surrounded the oozing hole that was once the creatures eye.
The then begins to rip, as to fracture the creature. assisted by the shots puncturing the creatures thick skin, the creatures innerstructure begins to crack and split.

With each moment, the creature grows more and more violent, thrashing about. the noise is deafening

Skytzoe reloaded the revolver, then fire down again, taking more care to connect the bullet holes with one another. He jammed his hand into the serration he made, and ripped it open. He drew a larger revolver with a scope from his jacket, then jammed it down into the wound he made, then discharged all of the half-inch wide rounds.

Misery Loves Company

(I'm sorry for the lengthy absence. I've been very busy recently, and I'm finally getting caught up on most things. I hope I can update this thread frequently from now on.)

"Wh-who's there?!" cried Amy in fright. She turned her head slowly to the right, in the direction from which she had sensed the other presence in the room. She relaxed when she saw who it was. Another woman was secured to the same wall some ten feet away. She was about twenty years old, blonde and beautiful, though her facial features looked drawn and haggard. She had longer arms than Amy, and only her arms, head, and bare shoulders were above the surface of the slime, though slime was slathered on those as well.

The young lady's eyelids fluttered open at the sound of Amy's voice, and she turned her head to the left. She let out a soft moan.

"Hey, I'm Amy Velasco," said Amy. "What's your name?"

The woman paused, as if trying to remember. Finally she spoke one word, her voice hoarse: "Kyrstyn."

"Do you know where we are, Kyrstyn? How long have you been here?"

"Don't know," muttered Kyrstyn. "So long..." She moaned again.

"Why aren't we dead? I'm not complaining, mind you, but why does that creature want us alive?"

Kyrstyn closed her eyes again and wept, moaning louder. As she did, the door to the room slid open, but nobody was visible on the other side. Beyond the door was a hallway, also partially flooded with slimy black water.

Amy strained at her bonds, but they did not give in the slightest. Then the surface of the liquid began to be disturbed by ripples, starting at the door and slowly moving inside. It was heading directly for Amy. "What is that?!" she cried.

Kyrstyn opened her eyes and began to scream, over and over. The ripples moved closer and closer to Amy, who struggled in vain to get free. The movement stopped right in front of her. Then a scaly head broke the surface, the head of the mutant that had taken her. It rose higher as it stood up, looming over her. It opened its jaws to reveal the rows of teeth within, and it hissed at her. Amy trembled in terror, helpless before it.

((Hey Mr. Handy! How've you been?))

The Den

The creature began to flail franticly- its head whipping violently in an attempt to dislodge its attackers. Cries from the creature climb in pitch -the ear shattering squeal turns into silence, save the sound of air escaping from its mouth. The tentacles began to thrash, taking swipes at its own face.

Gabe holds tightly, mustering what strength he can.

As Riflemen arrive, they are greeted with an order.

"Hold your fire! Hold your fire, God Damn it!"

RENO

Jim leaves the corpse in the street. An eerie silence settles over the block. He re-enters the apartments, to find the two girls had fled. ripping a sheet that had been crudely fastened to a window frame, he drapes it over Skeeters corpse. lifting him to tuck the sheet under him. his eyes closed tightly, it seemed as though they were clenched tight enough to turn coal into diamonds.

Horror from the Depths

(I'm doing okay, how are you? I've been pretty busy lately. Zombie Apocalypse is still going strong. We're entering the home stretch of Chapter 5, with Chapter 6 due to start in September. If you'd like to return, there's always space for you.)

"Wh-what do you want?" Amy asked the mutant. She hoped desperately that she could reason with it, that there was some spark of humanity left in it. She had always been on friendly terms with mutants, not just Mongo, and she thought she had a good understanding of them - even though this was a type of mutant she had never even heard of, let alone seen.

"You," burbled the creature, extending a claw at her.

"What?!" Amy recoiled, flattening herself against the wall.

"Pretty." The thing took her chin in its clawed hand and tilted her head up to look at its face.

"No!" Amy tried to twist away, but its grip was too strong. At once she realized what its intentions were and why poor Kyrstyn was so terrified. "Take your filthy claws off me, you damned dirty fish!"

The mutant was not dissuaded in the slightest. It locked its lips around Amy's and pressed her into the wall. She squirmed and struggled, but it was useless. She closed her eyes, but she could still hear Kyrstyn crying. The monster slid a claw under one of her tank top's shoulder straps and sliced right through it. She felt utterly nauseated.

The mutant finally broke off its kiss, only to nuzzle her neck and bare shoulder. She shuddered as a slimy forked tongue emerged from its mouth and ran itself over her flesh. It ran its clawed hands down her body until they found her belt buckle.

"NO!" screamed Amy, but her protestations were useless. The creature fumbled with her buckle for a moment before giving up in frustration and ripping her belt apart with its claws. It yanked her pants down over her hips, and she swallowed, certain that she could not avoid her hideous fate.

Reno

Jim grabs for an old extension cord, It was about fifty feet in length. Gripping his knife, he cut the cord into manageable three foot lengths.
He made quick work of the extension cord, cutting ten lengths, and throwing the rest aside. Laying the lashings horizontally along the length of Skeet's corpse, he carefully rolled the sheeted ghoul over the cords. Jim carefully wraps the corpse with the sheet, and ties the lashings, holding the sheet in place. the blood soaked through the white sheet, and onto the floor.

Jim had tied each of the ten lashings, and carefully picked the ghoul up. Throwing the bundle over his shoulder, he unsnapped his holster, and cocked the hammer back, leaving it in the holster. He exited the building, back onto the street. He began a labored, unsteady stride towards the casino.

Desperation

Amy swallowed as the creature pressed against her, turning her head aside. She could feel its clawed hands on her hips, scratching her but not breaking the skin. Just when she thought there was no hope left, she remembered that she still had one weapon left, one that might avail her in these tight quarters. She pressed the concealed button inside her boot with her toe, and she heard the metal blade go shink. The mutant took a step back and started to force her legs apart. With every remaining ounce of her strength, she raised her leg, striking it hard in the crotch. The aquatic mutant howled in pain, paddling out of her reach.

"I said no!" snarled Amy, looking it fiercely in the eye.

"You...me...hurt," it burbled.

"Damn straight I did, and I'll do it again if you try anything else. So back off!"

The mutant slid under the surface and backed out of the room, the door closing behind it. Amy leaned back and shut her eyes, exhaling with relief. But at the back of her mind, she realized that she was still in a terrible situation. She was still a captive here, and the same trick would not work twice. What could she do next time?

"Jack, wake up," said Eldon, shaking Jack by the shoulders.

"Huh?" muttered Jack, rolling over and rubbing his eyes. Instead of seeing Amy's pretty face as he had hoped, he was met with the sight of Eldon's ugly mug. "Is it time for our shift already?" he mumbled sleepily.

"No, but Amy and Stark went out to try to follow Rachel's tracks. They've been gone a long time and haven't come back."

"WHAT?!" Jack was now fully awake. He sprang out of bed. "Everyone up! We've got to find Amy and Sergeant Stark!"

Ben and Angus were awake within seconds. The Knights were light sleepers, it seemed. Angus snatched up the Hammer that Amy had left behind. "I'm with you," he said.

"Let's not be so hasty," said Ben. "We can't endanger the mission."

Jack faced him squarely. "Your mission is to bring both the Hammer and Amy Velasco back to the NCR, remember. I don't think your superiors will be too happy if you show up without her."

"Well, you do raise a good point."

Spike and Myron were a bit slower waking up, but they were awake now. "Amy's the tracker," said Spike. "How are we supposed to find her trail?"

"Because she's the tracker," said Eldon, "and she's bound to have marked it. She left instructions with me in case she didn't come back in a set amount of time, so I'm sure she was prepared for that."

"I sure hope you're right," said Jack, gathering up his things. "Come on, there's not a moment to lose!"
