One, I think that counts as actively poking at them, which I think isn't a reasonable response, and two, that would achieve a total of fuck all because they're all very strong in denial and will likely either ignore or make excuses for it.

I'm not saying we should go over there and just piss them off for the sake of pissing them off. I'm genuinely interested in what their reaction would be to graphs like these.

Well, that's my point exactly. Their reactions to geniune, solid data would be to get pissed off and kick you out. Expecting anything more rational than that is pretty much hopes and dreams.
 
There's always going to be someone that'll get pissed, I don't care about them, their reaction is predictable (like both of you said). I care about the ones who'll try to do mental gymnastics to try and refute it somehow. I'm interested in seeing what kind of excuses they'd pull for it or how they'd try and explain it away. They might have some not so predictable arguments to bring forth.

Well, are you IP banned? If yes, you could just use a VPN, and if no, you could just make a new account for it. Just be sure it doesn't escalate into flame wars and that it's just a simple share of information.
 
I think we should go there and see the reaction because it's interesting. Would they deny it or passively accept it? It might mean the end of the rabid Bethesda fan era or it could just be further radicalization.

You know, if you tried to show the Nazis actual scientific documents that suggested the theory that Aryans may not objectively be the superior race of mankind after all, do you think they would respond with shame and acceptance or do you think they would brand you a Jewish Communist dissident and then throw you into imprisonment?

Actually if I tried to show them a big gun, they would change their tune. They did after their defeat.
 
How much of the user data is verified as being legit ? On the time scale at the top the start date must be 1997 ? The Fallout 4 date is what ? Release Date or Release date + whatever. Also Fallout 1 and 2 were not instant classics, cult status grew with time. Also people are Sheep if something gets a bad rap they follow the trend and the opposite, playing a game because other people have bigged it up. So I think lots of variables are unseen.
