Fallout Tactcis Editor!!!!!!!!!!!!

Hi all out there in the Wastelands
I have the german version of the game and yesterday i have downloaded me the editor.I have done all what is required..unzipped the files and an own folder for them,also i have made an own shortcut..all have seem to run well but then an error occured
C:\preuni\dev\bos\common\language.cpp120**Fatal**Error-Failed to parse gui/gui text.txt
Does anybody know any guess?????????
I really don`t know how i get the this editor to work

I think you may need to download another patch, not sure which one check here:
