I'd like to modify some FT ammo/armor/enemy stats to be better balanced. I'm using this damage formula, but unfortunately the Excel sheet calculated values is often different then in-game results. Is there any other parameters then armor DT , DR and ammo Damage Modifier, Armor Penetration that can have an impact on the damage inflicted on the enemy (besides the weapon specific damage of course;-))?
 
Damage resistance either straight on the entity, or gained by perks (Die Hard, Toughness).
