Fallout Tactics: Role Play - Multiplayer (FOT:RPG)

I have a copy of tactics but never got around to playing it. I wouldn't mind joining after I play a bit of singleplayer. Is the combat much different from 1 and 2?
 
Im a full time college student using my gi bill. I am available whenever, but since gamespy shut down are there any other servers to play on?
 
If you want to play then we have to start up a hamachi server running the roleplay gamemode. Are the gamemode files still on the net?
