I'm glad to see the new Total War game up there, I have not yet purchased it because I've been broke (had a roomate move out suddenly without paying his utilties) but we need more deep and complex strategy games.

Oh, and great news about Fallout Trillogy too... right now I play those games on Gametap (I kind of have a lifetime suscription, lets say I got in real early and they never billed me again) but I would not mind picking up a boxed copy so I can play them with mods.
 
I wonder how many of those sales are due to the word TRILOGY and how soon until Bethesda sues Interplay for that.
 
The FO1+FO2+FOT package was being sold as "Trilogy" even before FO3. And it does include 3 games so I don't see any court ruling in Beth's favor on a lawsuit like that.
 
Hah, one of the screenshots on the back of the Fallout Trilogy box is actually not from the final game, but from the Fallout GURPS tech demo, with Shady Sands elder (Morpheus lookalike):

Both the GURPS image and that quote put together tickle my memory tho'...Like from an old promo shoot or something.
 
Still there, huh? Not that it's bad but it's very disturbing and weird.
I doubt it has anything to do with fo3, since it has been released some time ago and the trilogy had been sold for even longer. Wonder why are people buying it now.
 
The trilogy was recently re-released to major store chains. And it has everything to do with FO3. It was released some time ago, but the hype is still high, with the DLC and all.
 
I recently bought the Fallout Trilogy (my old F1 and 2 copies were scratched to hell, and I didn't have Tactics).

Overall, I'm satisfied. It's good to play the old games again. That, and it's good to finally play Tactics.
