Fallout1 unofficial 1.3 patch release

first of all hi to all comunity. i have a coupla of newbee-dumb questions.

i installed the fallout I and run it .. on the main screen lower right it says Fallout 1.1. i went here and got very very CONFUSED since its a huge comunity but anyway i downloaded

-Fallout v.1.2 patch (semi-official) and launch the game and the mainscreen correctly says Fallout 1.2

Now i get back and download
-Fallout v.1.3.2 patch by TeamX (unofficial)

and copy all the DATA folder

but the main screen still says Fallout 1.2 :(

is it normal???


and one more question:
is there any more stuff to download to make game more.. hmm lets say complete???

Fallout NPC Mod is compatible with v1.3.2.
Fallout Update Mod is not compatible with v1.3.2, yet.

damn... since i instaled both of them .. will it screw the game in anyway?

should i reinstall???

yes, you should reinstall.
Fallout semi-official Patch 1.2
Fallout Unofficial Patch 1.3.2.
Then Fallout NPC Mod 3.1
