Favorite Borderlands character?

I've played all three Borderlands games extensively. And I'm not asking about what you thought about the games and blah blah blah. If you did enjoy them, then talk about your favorite character. And by character, I mean playable. Not Marcus. Not Moxxi, not Nine-Toes. Vault Hunters.

For me, I felt like the first game's characters were mere cardboard cut outs, that got fleshed into existence in the second game. They didn't have stories or personalities until the next game really showed them off. In the second game, the same almost applies, but, they got an ECHO log to share their details. A gun crazed, steroid overdosed midget, ANOTHER siren, a alien/robot/whateverthefuck, and a soldier. And then they threw in a crazy, smart girl, and my personal favorite Krieg. (I'm not going to talk about the pre sequel, because, well, I don't want to)

Krieg was one of the funnest, and most enjoyable characters in my opinion. He played well. He died hard, and he didn't give two fucks. He hit like a freight train, and wanted you to hurt him so he could dish it out more. By the time I was in the high 50's, I wasn't even using guns anymore. I'd pull that ax out and just slaughter every and anything that breathed. I loved how he actually spoke. Not just the "got an enemy" "reloading", it was "I'LL SWALLOW YOUR THROAT BADASS" and "I ORDERED A LEAD SALAD", He was the most interesting and deranged character in the Borderlands universe. And he spoke to me in a way most of the other characters never could.

In terms of playable classes, I recall making a Zer0 character that was a melee monster, that was quite fun.
 
HE was pretty bad, I know that. I just felt like his writing and voice acting, his idea as a whole was a good idea. Execution might not have been perfect, and the games themselves are blown up MASSIVE, just trying to make money. But little tidbits are great, because in every big company, the little things someone does to try to make things great are distinguishable.
 
I played Borderlands many years ago on the PS3, and the only character I can still remember is a guy named Crazy Earl, and that's probably because he was just a face inside a door and something about that stood out to me. Also, whenever you spoke to him he'd go "watchu want" and it was always funny to keep talking to him over and over so he'd keep repeating that phrase, kinda like this

lol i cant get this voice out of my head.thats exactly who i thought of when i saw the title of the thread.


my favorite character was lilith cuz she was hot and op.corrosive assassin ftw

my favorite char was in the 2nd one, the soldier with the turret.

i loved playing that char. then in the pre-sequel they bjorked the character with the flying robots.
