You know, somehow I always end up killing everybody in Vault City... unless ofcourse I don't start inside the city and I can't get through the gates anymore... ah well, at least they're all scared to go outside now ;)
 
I usually use a cheat character, do every quest possible using every cheating thing as possible, then I kill every critter in every town and get bored with the game before going to the tanker.

The implants are perks :!: , you will get an access to them by having enough doctor skill and using the vault city's vault medical computer, and then by speaking to the doctors with auto-docts near them.(vault city, san francisco...)

Yeah, that's what I sometimes do... last time I just did all the quest in towns that we're necessary for me to improve myself (like making sure I get the car) and then I just kill the entire town. Too bad killing all the raiders made my karma rise again...
 
That's the tough thing, you play a heartless mercenary, taking any job that'll pay, and you end up with a positive karma. Goddamn it, I'm gonna have to kill more elderly people and children.
 
Yeah, I want berserker... it seems I just need more blood of the innocent... And of course, putting those old people to sleep just brings a tear of joy to my eye.
