Awww, isn't that cute? Now's your chance to actually read up on the rules like someone who was raised with some sense of simple courtesy. It's not like they are too difficult to find, as you've apparently found this discussion.
This is the wrong place to learn them. Besides, if you think I'll fall for your "innocent mistake" routine, you're sorely mistaken. So, you could either flaunt not knowing the rules as some kind of excuse or bother to read the rules, act like you have some sense, and avoid a ban. Being a newbie isn't an excuse here.
