Glutton Creeper Games act almost as if they've been trying:<blockquote><center></center></blockquote>Well, the Power Armor is almost right, the logo ain't a placeholder no more, there is a vertibird and no artillery... Even the mutant nearly cuts it (remember Tactics).

Still, might be considered not enough retrofifties.

Also, the game won't be ready this year. Oh well.

This thing is still nowhere near the quality of the Fallout loading screens...if they were doing a Fallout picture-book for children, I might consider this appropriate...
 
The ghoul and mutants are still fucked, but at least now they spellcheck.

The Vault suit that chick is wearing is wrong, btw: there shouldn't be yellow pieces of fabric on the wrists.
 
Uhh, i scared before it would be much much worse then that... anyway i can feel a bit relieve now, cose i see a change it might be Fallout for me after all... those who think that it will be exactly like previous Fallouts... well.... grow up

The ghouls look too tictacs-ish, the super mutants look too tictacs-ish, the power armour looks like they shrunk a helmet from the original t51-b armour and stuck it on top of a tictacs power armour...yummy... :roll:

Dont get me wrong, i want this Fallout will be real same way as you, but you guys are exaggerate it. This is just cover and you already start accuse what shit they make. I mean if i doing it right now, fallout i mean, i would be very sad,... you piips dont have any idea how that real game will be like... so saying here already same shit like same do, it just wont make this game better. One day if you have been playing it same time, then you have right to say what its like..... shortly you cant deside how good is book just seing it covering

Example i taked older Fallout covers, and have to say, those covers dont say anything what about those games are like.... what i see is just art, and this is lame if you start saying that art is shit.

We are discussing the cover art, it's there for everyone to make a judgement, so please don't start that "you can't judge what you don't know" crap.

Regarding the game there is an official forum and there was another on DAC, so many things have happened that made many of us to be quite sceptic about the endeavour. Although it's good to know they at least tried to change things a bit, in the last weeks, so the thing could at least be less out of setting than it was, it's probably too late anyway.

Now, first of all, we have the right to criticise what we want, when we want and as harshly as we want. If you don't like that, you're welcome to get the fuck out of here. I'm sure your verbal cocksucking of Glutton Creeper will be more appreciated at their forums. Who knows, maybe they will even make you a mod, like that other dumbfuck who saw GC's pathetic excuse for art and promptly got down on all fours.

Second of all, these people are working on a Fallout P&P game. Let me repeat it again, with emphasis on key words - they are working on a Fallout P&P game. So, since they are working on a Fallout P&P, and Fallout is based on 1950s science fiction, there is nothing unreasonable in demanding that the style of their artwork reflects that. Instead, what we have here is cover art that looks more like something out of Warhammer, only badly drawn. Nice try, but no cookie. :cookie:

Finally, if you think art direction is the only thing that stinks about Fallout d20, you obviously didn't bother to search our news forum, otherwise you would be aware of the way GC are botching traits, among other things. Based on what has been revealed about the ruleset so far, a few of our local P&P experts pointed out that these simpletons don't even get d20 properly, let alone have the competence to derive a classless system similar to SPECIAL from it.
 
Well yeahh, i dont read those news so much becose i lost hope long time ago (when i tryed to play morrowind... crap).... and yeah, there is a point in your post.... but still, you all think that game will be (uhh)... so why you talk about that game so much, i mean where is the point, where you want to get with this??? As i see its only makes you sad...

Believe it or not, I ask myself that very question sometimes.

The answer is - as the largest Fallout fan site, we have an obligation to cover all Fallout-related topics, no matter how bad they might be. Hence all the news posts about Fallout: Piece of Shit, about Van Buren getting canceled and BIS getting shut down, about Bethesda acquiring the Fallout license over Troika, about Troika going out of business, about Bethesda's PR bumbling, about Glutton Creeper raping Fallout P&P, about Mutants Rising closing doors, about Herve trying to attract investors for Fallout Online... Damn, I've been here for close to four years now, and about 99.9% of Fallout-related news in that period has been depressing.
