You can lower the action points it takes to fire a gun in the mapper, but i think the only way to reduce the reload tiem was to assign the fast reload perk to the gun.

Wild_Qwerty said:Hehehehe I made a FRM for a Desert Eagle with a Compensator a while ago, the idea was that becuase of the reduced recoil that it would take one less action point to fire it than the standard Desert Eagle. It was going to be one of those upgrades that someone could do.

Nope... sorry bout that. But after im done the mod I might be willing to make custom weapons for people but right now im busy with work... its on the weekends is when I do most of my work
