Hehe... you saw that huh :) Well if you must know I am going to play another game of fallout 2

I have a few things on mind im going to do... but its a secret

Very nice work! The Equillibrium pistol alone is worth the download. lol but really nice job!

(Cool i'm on the main menu :D)

Okay, now that the mod has been realeased, we can start tweaking it. I've been playing through the game for a couple days, and I've found some bugs.

1) The FN FAL and the M16 have the same pic. There is also a strange M16 that uses .223 instead of 5.xx caliber in the raider's camp.

2) The Desert Eagle has been given a Magnum pic/description, and vice-versa. When getting either gun upgraded, the original gun's name is displayed in the dialouge. So you have to ask for an upgrade to your "Magnum" to upgrade your Desert Eagle.

3) The new hunting rifle/scoped hunting rifle stats are identical.

You wrote: "The new hunting rifle/scoped hunting rifle stats are identical"

yes it's true.
But the different is perk:
hunting rifle has: Weapon Long Range perk
scoped hunting rifle has: Weapon Scoped Range perk

But the perk Weapon Scoped Range is strange, because if you strike from long distance all is OK, but from lower distance you have smaller chance to hit target than with the weapon without this Weapon Scoped Range perk. I don't know why.

Well 5.56mm and .223 are the same ammo... I have 5.45mm ingame for the minigun and ak74, the fn fal is the m16... there is no fn fal anymore

Yah, thats something I dont know how to change... sorry bout that

As they were before... I never changed the stats of the hunting rifles, plus you get that perk that _Cubik mentioned :)

I know of some mistakes I made and ill make a patch or 'expansion pak' later that fixes this stuff... but right now im having fun with something else :)

The FN FAL is still there, it just has an M16 pic. It uses 7.62mm and has different stats than the M16. I'd post a screenshot, but it keeps pasting smeared and blacked out in paint.

I thought the scope increased its range? Its weird having the gun be 40 range no matter what. Makes the scope feel pointless.

No actually. You most likely took the "M16" from the raiders at the camp. (also happened when i bought it off the ghoul in Gecko) It has 7.62 loaded in it when you first get it, but empty the mag and try putting in 7.62 and it doesn't work. I've tried. This is just like that P90 at the bottom of vault 15. If you emptied the mag it was 9mm but you couldn't load 9mm back in it.

Just tested it out again, the FN FAL remains, with a new discovery about the M-16's.

1) I have 3 FN Fals and 2 M16's in my inventory. They all share the M16 picture.

The stats on the FN FALs in my inventory (note that they do say FN FAL in their descriptions):
Ammo capacity: 20
Damage: 11-22
Range: 30
Ammunition type: 7.62mm

The stats of the M16's in my inventory:
Ammo capacity: 30
Damage: 9-18
Range: 35
Ammunition type: One was 7.62, the other was .223. Oddly enough I could reload the 7.62 gun with more 7.62, but when I unloaded it and force-loaded .223, it became a .223 gun. Now I have two .223 M16's.

Ok, I forgot to edit the fn fal hpfa... thats the one with 11-22 damage so I made a small patch... I put it on my downloads section on my website

Just put the data folder in the fallout 2 directory and its fixed :)

The thing is when you change the amount and type of ammo of a weapon in F2, it always has the default ammo in it, but once you unload it you have to put in the correct ammo that I changed it too...

Ill try to tinker around and find a way to fix this sometime...

I guess this is too late, but if oyu make an update for the addon...
Desert Eagles have 3-4? types, the Desert Half-Half, which is a .357, Desert Eagle (full bore) .50, Desert Special which I think is a .357 with rapid fire ability...

AK weapons use 7.62MM NATO rounds usually...
M-16, the one you had there, it uses 5.56MM rounds...
Also, the Assault Shotgun, the one with the Pancor pic, it should have fast reload, it's a quick reload shotgun, pop out the drum, replace new drum, clip lock.

I hope I'm not being too critical or anything, I'm just saying this stuff because it would make it somewhat more realistic.
