Firefox Extensions

So a lot of us use firefox, but what extensions do you use to enhance your interneting?

Here's my little list:

ConQuery - select text from a site and search for it on various engines with one click (no copy/paste hassels)

FoxyTunes control your music program from within your browser. Works with many players including winamp.

BugMeNot Everyone should know about this great site. Here's an extensions that will speed up that whole registration process even more. It worked much better before bugmenot redesigned their site, but it's being worked on.

Nuke Anything I think we had a thread about something like this. Basically, with one click you can remove certain aspects of a web page, like text and images. (doesn't work directly on flash banners but you can select the area around it and then remove).

Here's some info on more extensions:

So any other favorite extensions?

Good ol' AdBlock for quickly blocking... well, ads. And some other stuff, like avatars at DaC ;)

Mouse Gestures is a must for me, since it tends to speed things up a lot. And it allows to control the font and image sizes nicely under high resolutions.

SpellBound is a spellchecker feature which comes in handy and in a number of languages, too.

Download Statusbar - Removes the download window in favour of a bar above the statusbar.

Downthemall - Mass downloader, one can set it to download all images, videos etc. For erm ... yeah.

Tabbrowser Extensions - Pretty much the same as Tabbrowser Preferences, but I prefer this one.

And unfortunately IE View - Because some sites refuse to work for me in Firefox, I'm assuming because of the incompetance of the designer. Ask Ashmo if you require a rant on web standards and suchlike.

I don't use many extensions, but the only one I use that hasn't been mentioned yet is ImageZoom, which allows me to enlarge images up to 400% larger.

Oh. You're from the school that prefers to actually shout out spells like efficio magnificatum?

No, I just don't think that an electronic pointing device named after a common rodent is suitable for simulating the casting of arcane spells, especially since it only works in 2 of the 3 common dimensions.

Unless I'm doing voodoo, of course, but in that case I prefer to use live rodents over electronic ones. They're easier to obtain, and tons cheaper.

Also, my mouse doesn't understand Latin.

Internet Explorer - it came with my pc and I can't be bothered to download tons of crap to enhance the performance of something I only use to visit this site. Voilà!

Petition to ban Internet Explorer from visiting the HOLY PAGES.
