Fitness, exercise and sports.

I might not have abs (yet), but last December I joined the school's wrestling team because I felt like challenging myself. I wasn't the greatest wrestler but I managed to go from 173lbs to 158lbs (and I'm 5' 9'') and gain significant leg muscle. It was a pretty strenuous program but it was definitely worth it. If anyone's still in High School I'd say that playing a sport is the best path to good personal fitness.

My training plan is currently interrupted due to me injuring my knee playing Rugby.
So I guess it's medically advised disco-pumping* now.

*meaning pure upper body workouts. Nothing but biceps, triceps, chest and shoulder training.

Yeah Rugby is a fun, but injury-prone sport. I'm not much for team sports anyway, and I also have very bad hand eye coordination when it comes to throwing or kicking balls of any kind.

You sound very skinny, 158 pounds is about 71 kilos which means you should have every vein and muscle on your body seen... But as others have said, abs come naturally, keep working out (not situps or ab-specific 'workouts') and you'll get there.

Meh, I'm near-sighted with different glasses for each eye. My depth-perception without my glasses is terrible, which makes it hard to catch the ball properly sometimes, but it's something you can train.

All of you are silly bitches.

Do you even lift?
