That's nothing. In Poland, we had a huge bridge built, but the ramps and access roads had to wait five years to be built. Woohoo!

Not ot mention a highway they've been building from both sides simultaneously, and in the village where the 2 parts were supposed to meet, they found out that the ends are displaced by 5 km
