I suspect that no matter how much video evidence was provided, someone somewhere would argue that it was fake.

Also: You are right about one thing - that there will always be someone that argues something is fake despite collosal amounts of evidence. Look at creationists for a perfect example.

I seriously doubt any form of flying humanoids are around,the only logic I could see this as is some mexican PR campaign "Hahaha,stupid Americans,build your fence,we'll all just fly over it"
I doubt however that this world is the only one with life in this big universe due to odds,but I doubt that any more developed society/lifeform than hours would spend their time flying around in front of a camera....
If they're friendly they'd come forward and say "We're here to help you stop deceases and war" and if they're hostile,it'd be more along the lines of War of the worlds.
