simple question : how can I make my stats go up (except the brotherhood operations and the guy in the boneyard) ?

If you find a wandering guy in the mountains named Patrick... talk to him. Ask about singing. Ask about the Celtic song. Sing with him. Gain +1 charisma!

Goto chuck in adytum and talk to him alot you gain +1 luck... not sure about this one though, never tried it myself... but I've heard it about everywhere, so it must be true...
