some questions about fallout 1

So, right now i've finished the great game fallout 1 for the 3rd time but i still have some questions...
1) What is it for the "security card" thingy (not the usual one, this one looks like a mobile simcard, unfortunately i cant remember where i found it...)
1) When you get to the cathedral you to the nopthernmost end and scroll your screen up, you will see a dog called "Sasha". Is there any way how to reach him?
3) I've read on the web that Morpheus is the "talking face". How can i talk to him? Every time i get to the 3rd cathedral floor he and the nightkin start attacking me...

I have no idea what you're talking about. Could you post a screenshot, so i can identify the item?

No, you can't reach her. Sasha is an easteregg. She's the dog of one of the gamedesigners.
