go to ncr to your south all the way down and go to the ladie that says help this guy is gona blow this place up. all you have to do is let the guy blow the place up and then fix this computer and you get 3000 exp you can keep repairing it and you get 3000 everytime

Steal everything that is not bolted down. Save all ammo, there is a crap rifle in the first town, but better then nothing. Save and head out untill you find something to kill, save alot! keep doing it untill you get up a few levels. Then head back to town and do the quests. Steal, scrounge, beg, pilfer...all are good : )
