Brainwash etc.

Alrighty,

In NCR and San Fran, what happens to your character when they are brainwashed or "brain clensed" by the Hubologists? I've never noticed any perks or un-perks

There is a chance that you can get +1 to luck, +1 to luck and intelligence, or -1 to luck.(correct me if I'm wrong, everybody, I haven't had a zeta scan in a loooong time)

Hey.. I knew those 2 Skeeter.
Te Doofus at the NCR (Car Hop. Remember?) Kill him and you'll receive a message "Skeeter take hit and bla...bla..bla and if you point your cursor at Doofus corpse you got the message, "You see the dead.. Skeeter. So Doofus is Skeeter, Right?

The Brainwash? Yeah. My luck changed. From 5 to.. FOur!!! Dammit!!!
