To get the endorphic blockers you need to go to the vault city doctor (first level of Vault 8) and talk to him.
This has been the only way I can get the jet antidote. Seems that you can give some jet to the same doctor and he'll come up with the cure, but I haven't been able to talk with him about it. I don't get that option. I had 90% doctor, 85% science, Int 10, Cha 10 and jet in my inventory. Any comment about it?

That's the way i got the quest.
I found the cure for jet in VC(and got the antidote), but i need to get it for quest in New Reno.

After you give the Doc the Jet you come back a long time later and he'll tell you about a cure he's developed. Also you can't get this mission in the patched version. Just get it in New Reno.

I can still get it on the patched version. Maybe because it's the UK one. Also, the guy in San Fran (name escapes me, the one with the spleen) sells it. So if you ever get addiceted you can go there.

When u have the patch- Ver. 1.02, the way you get the quest is different. With the patch you need- (I think you need) To talk to Myron about a cure. PLUS u get XP bonuses for convincing Myron that his precious Jet is not so perfect... Its so fun making him feel small...

I have v1.2d patch(US), and i already spoked with Myron and convinced him obout that.I was the one who discovered the way to cure jet(when i was convincing Myron and talking obout the cure-i have sience 125% and doc 83%).
He is my party member and i spoked with doc in VC and he said that i can found e. blockers in volts(i was in every volt in game but i did not found it).He gave me the 2 antidotes and i gave 1 to doc in Reeding.The strange thing is that i have quest in New Reno to find them.If u want i can send save game(just give me the mail).I'am not the newbe and i have finished the game many times but i never found that quest(maybe cos before i didn't have that high sience and doc skill).Last time i played the quest was over when i gave jet to doc in VC.
