FO2 - Game crashes while opening

As in topic. I'm trying to launch FO2, then screen goes black and game crashes back to desktop without any errors or something. I read all the topics, tried to set the game to many compatibility modes, installed game in different versions, added patches. Nothing helps. The game is original and the CD is okay for sure.

Are you using XP, Vista?

Are your drivers up to date?

XP Home with SP2 (my friend using same system can play Fallout without any problems). Yes, drivers are up to date.
