(FO2) Gecko Power plant Red Keycard

Well, I have a problem: then I had repaired the plant and now I must optimize it, how can I open that door? I thought there should be a Red keycard, but where? The guardian says Harold has it. And if I lockpick the door, everyone attacks me! How to do that??

Look in Per's guide.

Search the powerplant better. IIRC, there is a perfectyl good Red Keycard just in the room across from the first Yellow Door.

Don't read a guide until you've played through the game at least once, preferably twice.

Try using the steal skill more often... combined with the quick load and save keys, this is your best friend. I remember stealing all the ammo from the Hub policemen... makes you feel really cool... and evil
