FO2 ladders stopped working

First time out of the vault
Installed fresh Fallout 2 + latest rpu + tweaks + inventory mod
At some point, after tackling the Vault Village area and going to speak to Keeng, ladders (not steps) that go up from maps stopped working (in several areas I tried so far). Clicking them does nothing. I can only leave the map by pressing Y, thanks to tweaks.
Any idea what's wrong?
 
Figured it out. I installed the Power Armor without helmet mod and seems like the climbing on ladders animation is missing. So if I take off the armor it is all good
