don't know if it was mentioned above or earlier on in this forum, but it is possible to get up to 7NPCS, including K9 and Miria / Davin

I found out when i took on Navarro with my 5man squad consisting of Sulik, Cass, Vic, Marc and Goris (not that it would matter at all :-)) killing all of of those pansies there and then repairing K9

He immediately followed me and stayed in my troop so i got 6 more (or less ;-)) valuable fighters in my squad at last

I guess i could have recruited / married Miria and Davin after that as well, although i never bothered to keep them for longer or just reloaded instead after trying

But should work

So this is the way to go to get your 7man troop if you want to :)

Hm, i guess you could get that pariah dog, too for an 8party, what a crowd that would be ;-)
But i didn't stumble across that poor puppy up to now (guess my luck was always too high :-)), so i am not sure, too bad :-)

It should be possible to get even higher, if the game engine can take it. I think Laddie will join you over the party limit, and Skynet does it too if you turned him evil (although that will only last until you exit the depot).

It's possible to get the pariah dog with high LK (I got it with LK 8 in actual play, and with LK 10 after modifying the probabilities on the random encounter table) although you'd have to be "lucky".

Guess I'll take him into my party this time, although i already gained the "too many items perk" ;*-( ;-)
I'll see if the game crashes to death or if it can stand that :-)
